Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CorrectCaller.com and any related apps, widgets, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1) Eligibility & Accounts
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you use paid features, you must be at least 18 or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • Provide accurate information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
  • We may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts at our discretion, including for policy or legal reasons.
2) Service Description

CorrectCaller is a public reputation platform for making and tracking predictions across sports, markets, and entertainment. Certain profile elements, predictions, leaderboards, and statistics are public by design.

3) Not Advice; For Entertainment & Information Only
  • The Services do not provide investment, financial, legal, or betting advice. Content is for entertainment and informational purposes only.
  • Do not make financial decisions based solely on the Services. You are responsible for your own decisions and compliance with applicable laws.
4) Your Content & License to Us
  • You own the content you post, including predictions, comments, and profile info (“User Content”).
  • You grant CorrectCaller a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, publicly perform and display your User Content for operating, improving, and promoting the Services. This license ends when you delete your content or your account, except to the extent your content has been shared, archived, or is necessary for legal/record-keeping purposes.
  • You represent you have all rights needed to grant this license and that your User Content complies with these Terms and applicable law.
5) Public Profiles, Leaderboards & Metrics
  • Predictions, accuracy, streaks, rankings, and similar stats may be publicly shown and linked to your profile.
  • Grading relies on third-party data feeds and internal logic. We may correct results, recalculate stats, or adjust algorithms at any time.
  • We may run experiments, beta features, or UI changes without notice.
6) Acceptable Use

Do not, and do not help others to:

  • Violate any law, regulation, or third-party rights (including market-manipulation, insider-trading, or gambling laws where applicable).
  • Post unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, hateful, harassing, or harmful content, or dox any person.
  • Spam, phish, or use the Services for scams.
  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest data without written permission; use bots to create accounts or place predictions.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent security or access controls.
  • Interfere with Service operation or impose unreasonable load.
7) Data Sources & Third Parties
  • Schedules, scores, market prices, and other reference data may be provided by third parties. We do not guarantee accuracy, timeliness, or availability.
  • Third-party links or services are not controlled by us; use them at your own risk and review their terms and privacy policies.
8) Paid Features, Billing & Renewals
  • Prices, features, and tiers may change. We will provide notice where required by law.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time; cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Unless stated otherwise or required by law, fees are non-refundable.
  • Taxes and government charges may apply and are your responsibility.
  • Payments are processed by third-party processors (e.g., Stripe). We do not store full card details.
9) Our Intellectual Property

The Services, including software, design, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks, are owned by CorrectCaller or its licensors and are protected by law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted, we reserve all rights.

10) Feedback

If you submit suggestions or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

11) Moderation; Enforcement

We may review, remove, or restrict content or accounts that violate these Terms or the law. We may preserve information to comply with legal obligations or protect our users and Services.

12) Termination
  • You may stop using the Services at any time and may request account deletion (subject to legal/record-keeping needs).
  • We may suspend or terminate access with or without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
  • Upon termination, the rights granted to you end; sections that by their nature should survive (e.g., licenses granted, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, dispute resolution) will survive.
13) Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

14) Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CORRECTCALLER AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE OR (B) USD $100.

15) Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CorrectCaller and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your User Content; or (c) your violation of these Terms or any law or third-party rights.

16) Dispute Resolution; Governing Law
  • Governing law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [select your governing state], U.S.A., without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
  • Venue: Except where prohibited, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in [select your county/state] for disputes not subject to arbitration.
  • Arbitration & Class Action Waiver (optional—edit to fit): Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis, and not as a class action or representative proceeding. You and CorrectCaller waive any right to a jury trial. (Consult counsel to tailor this clause to your jurisdiction and provider.)
17) Changes to the Services or Terms
  • We may modify or discontinue features at any time.
  • We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” and, where required, provide additional notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
18) Copyright Complaints

If you believe content infringes your copyright, please send a notice that complies with the DMCA to via our contact page. Include identification of the copyrighted work, the infringing material, your contact information, a statement of good-faith belief, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you are authorized to act. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

19) Miscellaneous
  • Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
  • Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them to an affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Waiver: A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
  • Force Majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.
  • Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with any policies referenced (e.g., Privacy Policy), are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services.
  • Headings: For convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
